I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I am a former Director of a Day Treatment Program for children and adolescents. I have a Masters Degree in Art Therapy from Ursuline College and a PhD from Cleveland State University. I also have certifications in Yoga Teacher Training (YTT-200) and Holistic Health (HHP). I believe in a well rounded approach to treatment that includes a focus on the social, emotional, and physical aspects of mental health.
